Greylock / Road

built for speed & agility on the pavement
A classic road machine, named after Massachusetts' highest peak, Mount Greylock.

  • General Handling Feel: Fast & Agile.
  • Ideal For: Fast road riding & racing.

Speed and agility are the focus of the Greylock’s design. Its built for road racing, group rides, and all around fast times on the road. Thanks to using the highest quality, thin-walled and butted tubing, the Greylock comes in at a light weight, with the perfect ride quality and performance that only a well-built steel frame can create.

Using a tight and short wheelbase, the Greylock is designed to give speedy, race handling, but without being overly twitchy to allow a range of riding scenarios from criterium races to longer all day rides. While the Greylock is most often built with race inspired handling, it can also be customized to have a more relaxed rider position and more stable handling for those seeking road speed without the full aggressiveness of a race focused bike.

The incredible steel alloys of today have come a long way from the steel tubing of the past. The Greylock’s materials allow race capable weights while achieving the durability necessary for real world, hardcore cycling use.
By using such high quality steel and carefully selecting the tubing walls and diameter profiles for each individual rider’s needs, the Greylock reaches an astonishing balance of stiffness and comfort- its ready to sprint and spring into action, yet able to be ridden all day with comfort.
